The house is located on the quaint island of Kastellorizo. It was built in the 1800s within the alleyways of the harbour with its back face looking towards the overbearing mountain above. After the war, like so many houses on the island, the house was left to deteriorate. It was decided that the house was to be restored and equipped with all modern conveniences. The design whilst modern in approach, relates to the elements of the island and in keeping with the clients needs, is simple and easy to maintain.
