It is located on a long and relatively narrow inclined site, with an eight meters difference in drop from one end to the other. This led to the idea of breaking up the building volume in three, with different heights and depths. On the building towards the sea, the roof top has an impressive pool with a glass façade offering sea views even inside the pool and creating an interesting elevation from the street level. It is the only glass pool in the whole area. The restaurant and bar, all in earthy and subtle colours create a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The central building has the main entrance and lobby; this is a three storey height with hanging plants and lights but also with cross-over circulation pedestrian internal bridges uniting the two end buildings.

All rooms have private balconies and have sea views because of their oblique design in plan.

There is a large Spa and heated large internal swimming pool in level -1, which has relax area in a triple height space, with plants and finishes creating a soothing feel. On this floor there are also massage rooms, gym, sauna and hammam. Level -2 has parking and the hotel’s auxiliary required spaces.

The external spaces have been planted, in levels as well, creating steps of green; the green steps lead from the main road all along the side of the hotel to the main entrance.

In the adjacent block there is the first hotel of the owners, and a pedestrian aerial bridge has been designed to join both hotels. It is an S shape metal structure bridge with glazed railings adding another architectural feature to the 5* hotel.
