The new five star hotel - Cayo Exclusive Resort and Spa has been developed in the area of Plaka Elounta, on the mountain side opposite the island of Spinalonga on a plot of land of 22 acres.

The concrete skeleton of this building was existing once our practice started working on this city hotel, in Herakleion-Crete. This is a six-storey city hotel with a total of 35 rooms.

Very close to the city of Rethymno-Crete and only 150 meters away from the beach front, the newly built 5* hotel has been designed to accommodate 49 rooms, communal areas, a large city Spa, conference room and a roof top pool, bar and restaurant with panoramic views towards the city, the sea and the mountains.
