Our experience in the Hotel – leisure field is extensive, and we are committed to providing the client with an excellent end-product, and most importantly a successful one. We are highly qualified in managing complex construction projects and competent for coordinating all necessary studies and bureaucratic procedures. Vision and Innovation

She studied architecture at KIAD, Canterbury (1994-97) and at the University of Westminster, London, graduating at 2000. She collaborated with a London-based architectural practice for one year and worked in Perth Australia for two years. She joined 3SK Stylianidis Architects in 2001 and she had been one of the partners of the company, until 2021.

Vassia has been involved in a variety of projects, in the hospitality field. She has a proven track record in Interior Design winning multiple awards for the office. She is excellent in working with varied team members and has a great ability of delivering unique yet project specific interiors with great attention to detail understanding issues of time cost and delivery. Vassia has been involved with small to large projects across all sectors from project inception to project completion; some of the projects include: Hydrama Grand Hotel, Daios Cove, Excelsior Hotel, New Hotel.

He studied architecture at University of Western Australia, Perth. He has worked extensively abroad both in London and Australia where he is also a registered architect. He has collaborated with Antonis Stylianidis since 2002 for many years and has gained trust in design and construction management. As a registered architect also in Australia, he has many years’ experience abroad which he brings to the office. He mobilises the project teams swiftly and efficiently pre-empting the needs for the client and the project from the initial phase. He has vast construction knowledge and is able to move from concept at large scale to details on site. His managerial skills are exceptional and some of his works in Greece include: Scorpios Island Private Resort, Cayo Boutique Hotel and Spa – Elounda Crete, Design of 793 bed 5* hotel at Elounda Bay - Crete, Myconos Luxury Hotel.
