A summer residence is designed on two levels, due to the steep slope of the site, featuring generous interior and exterior spaces.

Access to the plot is from its northern side (the main entrance), which also constitutes the front side of the site. An internal driveway is formed, leading to the entrance of the residence, where the parking spaces are located.

A contemporary architectural approach has been adopted. The volumetric configuration of the building, its placement within the site, and its morphological characteristics are adapted to prevailing local traditional typologies and to the surrounding natural environment. The building has a simple geometric form and is constructed of local stone. The façade of the residence is articulated into distinct sections that approximate the grid and dimensions of traditional models, avoiding the creation of a single, continuous façade length.

Furthermore, the separation of the volumes is also achieved through the use of different materials on the façades: the lower level is clad in stone, while the upper level is externally finished with plaster and subsequently painted with white water-based paint in accordance with local standards. Along with the residence, its associated outdoor spaces are also designed with the aim of functionally extending the interior use outward.

Finally, the proposal places particular emphasis on planting, as the surrounding area will be landscaped with local plants and trees, ensuring continuity with the natural environment.
