The hotel was initially designed in the early 2000s. The rooms were refurbished in 2018 and all communal areas were renovated in 2021.

The large oblong lobby-reception and bar were completely re-designed and a new and more contemporary style was introduced. Lighter colours and finishes, new light fittings and furniture all add up creating a fresh image, adding to the sea-breeze feel.
